Handcrafted Natural Soap Making
What started out as a hobby, utilizing my love and knowledge of essential oils, soon became a passion - now it's something I would like to share with you.
In this class you will learn how to safely create Natural soaps using the cold process method. This is suitable for any skill level as you will be provided with the knowledge and skills necessary to make a beautiful bar of handcrafted soap.
Cooking with Medicinal Herbs & Spices
The heart of Chinese medicine is herbal therapy. In this class you will learn the use of cooking with herbs and spices to enhance your culinary experience while achieving the medicinal benefits of herbs and spices based on Oriental Medicine.
We use both Oriental and Western herbs to aid you on your path to optimal wellness.
Introduction to Essential Oils
In this class you learn how to use Essential Oils to increase health and wellness in your life. Learn how to keep your family healthy, treat common symptoms naturally, increase your immunity, decrease allergic reactions and help with mood management, Using nothing but nature we can take control of our health and feel better than we ever thought possible!
